Who we are

Information you give us
Consultation requests. When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your organization, role, phone number and the message you write.
eBook downloads. When you sign up for the free eBook, we collect your name and email address.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at information about your device and how you use the form to tell people from automated bots.
Hosting and security. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the date and time of visits, and runs security tools that help protect the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your consultation request
- send you the eBook you asked for
- send you occasional emails, if you signed up through one of our forms; every email has an unsubscribe link
- understand and improve how the site is used
- protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services we use
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:
- Constant Contact stores form submissions and sends our emails (privacy policy)
- Google provides Analytics, reCAPTCHA and the fonts on this site (privacy policy)
- GoDaddy hosts the website (privacy policy)
If you schedule a conversation through Calendly, or follow links to Substack or LinkedIn, those sites’ own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses cookies for Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on. The site still works if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep in touch, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing john.broschak@
Children
This site is meant for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
