Scope of Engagements with Energy Leadership Advisors
John works with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as requested based on the client’s availability. Leadership growth is a process requiring effort and work between coaching sessions. Typical engagements are approximately six months long. He uses proven coaching methods to equip clients with critical insights about themselves and tools to navigate their situation and achieve their goals. Engagements follow our core program framework, Values Anchored Leadership.
At the beginning of our engagement, we’ll identify specific goals. Everything we do together will work towards those goals; we’ll use them to measure success and determine return on investment.
John provides a blend of coaching and advisory services with every engagement. Not every coach can offer business insights. After many successful years in C-Suite roles and other demanding leadership positions, business advising is an integral element included in a coaching package. John is also able to provide strategic planning session facilitation, team-building and conflict resolution, and other group or team services to clients as part of a customized leadership coaching engagement plan.

John founded Energy Leadership Advisors to give back to the next generation of leadership. He is a certified executive coach, member of the International Coaching Federation, and uses a structured approach based on data alongside the wisdom of his own experiences to guide his clients through their leadership coaching and development engagements.
